Docoss X 1 : A 888 INR smartphone with 1 GB RAM and 1300mAh Battery

After Freedom 251, here is another cheapest smartphone in Indian market. An unheard smartphone company Docoss is taking orders for Docoss X1 smartphone that is priced at Rs 888.

Docoss X1 is offering smartphone at jaw dropping price tag. Earlier we had also saw Freedom 251 which had made similar promised, a fully functional  android smartphone at Rs. 251, but it is yet to begin sales. Now another new smartphone manufacturer Docoss has started the booking of its Rs. 888 Android mobile phone on its website docoss.com/

Docoss X1 features a 4 inch IPS capacitive touch screen on the front. Under the hood the mobile phone is powered by a dual core Cortex A7 processor that is clocked at a speed of 1.3GHz. The processor is further clubbed with 1GB of RAM space and with that the smartphone offers 4GB of internal memory space that can be further expanded upto an extra 32GB using a microSD card.

Camera  and Connectivity

The Docoss X1 camera department consists of a 2MP primary camera on the rear side and the front of the smartphone houses a 0.3MP secondary camera for selfies and video chats. The rear camera is also supported by an LED flash. The X1 Docoss mobile phone is backed up by a 1300mAh battery that might last for an entire day seeing the other specification of the device.

Docoss Design

The handset comes running the older Android v4.4 Kitkat operating system out of the box. The Docoss X1 phone offers dual SIM usage and comes with other connectivity features such as 3G, 2G, bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc. The 888 rupees X1 smartphone will come with 1 year warranty.

According to reports, the Docoss is a Jaipur-based company. The domain name was registered two months back and it’s a private registration which means that there’s no information published about the domain owner, adding more doubts. After some investigation about the company we could only find the brand’s name, “DOCOSS Multimedia Private Limited,” as per the information, they are listed as a Smartphone seller company, reported the Phoneradar.
