Ducat XDiavel cruiser in India for Rs 15.87 lakh
Ducati on Thursday launched the XDiavel, one of the most awaited motorcycles in India. This marks Ducati's entry into the Cruiser world.
"Cruisers are the largest segment in the luxury motorcycle category in India. We wanted to enter this segment with a product that revolutionises the cruiser concept," says Ravi Avalur, Managing Director.
The Ducati XDiavel merges the Cruiser style with feet forward ergonomics with the Ducati's trademark style. It drives through a 6-speed gearbox, oil-bath clutch with slipper function and, for the first time on a Ducati, a belt-type final transmission.
The XDiavel's ride-by-wire system enables three riding modes (Sport, Touring and Urban) which give the bike three distinct personalities.
The XDiavel S is equipped with a Bluetooth module that lets riders view incoming calls, text messages and music playlists via their smartphones.
"Our dealers have been overwhelmed with pre-bookings and we're confident that the XDiavel will be the cruiser-of -choice for connoisseurs across the country," added Ravi
The XDiavel is available in matt black (Dark Stealth) at Rs 15,87,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) while the XDiavel S will be available at Rs 18,47,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) in gloss black (Thrilling Black) with a matt black stripe and red trim.
