Xiaomi MI6 Breaks Antutu Record!
I know most of the Xiaomi fans are holding out for the MI6, and are eager to hear any news regarding the device.
We have seen a couple of renders(like the posted above image), but nothing is set in stone and Xiaomi are keeping silent on the design so far.
This morning a user in Weibo posted his Antutu score that he claims was from the Xiaomi MI6 engineering sample.
We know that the Xiaomi MI6 Will be running a Snapdragon 835, so the score looks pretty much on par with my expectations of the device's abilities.
Since Qualcomm already revealed the full specs of the Snapdragon 835, but if you've missed it, check out our article on it from a few days back
http://www.techphlie.com/2017/01/snapdragon-835-specs-leaked-and-first.htmlThe calculations sound about right with around 25-40% improvement in performance over the SD821(highest score 165,000 from OnePlus 3T for Android devices).
The current record holder iPhone 7 Plus scores 183,000. This means that the SD835 leaves Apple's A10 in the dust!Mind you, this is still very vague and possibly a fake picture, but lots of those rumours have turned out to be true in the past.
Xiaomi is expected to launch/show the MI6 in the Mobile World Congress 2017, held in Barcelona between February 28 to March 02, 2017.STAY TechPhlie FOR THE LATEST XIAOMI AND SMARTPHONE NEWS
